With the focus of the weekly meeting being personal development, Alvin Day's background makes him the perfect candidate for guest speaker. For the first twenty years of his life, he did not have electricity, inside toilets or running water. Through his rise from poverty -first working for such companies as Procter and Gamble and Bristol-Myers Squibb then moving on to his own company -Alvin Day is the embodiment of a present-day success story. He has a passion to help others realize that despite all odds, they too can rise to great heights in their professional and personal lives. Through his Born to Fly workshop, Mr. Day will share the approaches and steps that can lead anyone to a life of fullness and success.
